The Culinary Institute at IRSC will host their annual Student Savory Showcase on Thursday, April 4 at 6 p.m. at the IRSC Mueller Campus, Richardson Center in Vero Beach. This is a free event, open to the public and all are welcome to attend. Come taste some delicious samples prepared by current Institute students. The IRSC Culinary Institute competes in regional Culinary Arts Competition. In addition, the Institute sponsors local culinary competition for Treasure Coast high schools in Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, and St. Lucie counties.
