Five Course Meal: The Core Program

This program leads to an Associate in Science Degree in Culinary Management, emphasizing classical culinary training and techniques. Students will be prepared with practical experiences in food preparation, kitchen management, budgeting, purchasing, and other skills necessary for success. Students also earn College Credit Certificates in three areas at varying checkpoints within their program of study.

The Five Course Meal outlines the total required credits for each semester to graduate with the Associate in Science degree in two years.
