Degree Information

The Culinary Institute at Indian River State College leads to an Associate in Science degree in Culinary Management, emphasizing the classical culinary training.  Students will be prepared with practical experiences in food preparation, kitchen management, budgeting, purchasing, and other skills necessary for success. Students work in a cohort group at the Richardson Center at the IRSC Mueller Campus in Vero Beach.

You must have a high school diploma or GED to apply to this program.

The estimated cost for tuition, uniforms, books, lab fees, other materials and tools of the trade kit is approximately $7,500 per year.  Students must meet the following requirements to be considered for admission into the Culinary Institute:
