New Culinary Management AS Degree!

The Culinary Institute at IRSC now offers a new CULINARY MANAGEMENT AS Degree. The new degree is designed to effectively build culinary as well as foodservice management skills for students. This new Associate of Science degree provides students with the opportunity to choose a stronger background in the culinary arts. Staff and faculty are working with currently enrolled students that wish to transition from their current degree track to the new AS degree eliminating or minimizing any interruption in their progress.
